Walk Description:

This is a speciallly designed  12 week Couch to 30 min Run Programe for anyone who wants to eventually learn to run comfortable for 30 minutes non- stop.  You MUST set aside 2 x  extra  20- 30 min Run Sessions during the week to be able to complete the 12 week course comfortable .   Week 3 Nice and easy still . We are  leaving from Chichester Rugby Club for 20 minutes .
