Walk Description:

Join Michelle on Thursday afternoons at 2pm (55 min class). This will be an online, low impact, body conditioning/ core workout, with no equipment necessary. But if you have a couple cans of baked beans (or any other contents!) this could be useful to incorporate as light weights. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Hi, I’m Michelle and I’ve been in the industry for about 12 years teaching a variety of classes from Aqua to Spinning/Bodypump/conditioning and I’m also a qualified Personal Trainer. I love running and athletics and love people! I’ve trained people from age 16-80!! I’m missing everyone so much so I can’t wait to see/meet you all on Zoom!
