Walk Description:

40 min Strength & Conditioning ideal for walkers, online class. No special equipment needed (baked bean tins may however make an appearance!) There will be shoulder presses, lunges, squats, bicep curls, lateral & frontal raises, raised slow mountain climbers and planks...off the top of my head, each session will vary. Poles might also be used. Open to everyone, no Freedom Passport needed. Using https://zoom.us/ so that we can maintain social distancing and get you active in your own home!
