Join us for a 30 min strength session!
We`ll be including a variety of movements and exercises to get those muscles working! We`ll offer variations so they`re suitable for everyone, no need to worry about fitness or ability! Remember you can take mini breaks if you need to or do less repetitions / sets per exercise.
Make sure there is room around you to exercise safely and there are no trip hazards.
Equipment: 2 weights (tin cans, dumbells, wet towels in carrier bags...), a chair or stool. Weights are optional

Sessions will start promptly at 9:15am. Please login a few minutes early so you are ready to start on time Zoom login details will be in your confirmation email
