Walk Description:

In this 45 minute session you’ll begin to understand how beneficial Nordic Walking can be, that anybody with any ability and any level of fitness can take part. You’ll feel how light you are on your feet, how there’s no pressure on your joints, how the whole of your body is mobilised and why you need to take the time to learn the technique in the 4 week national programme and obtain your Passport.

Please wear comfortable weather appropriate clothes and shoes with a flexible sole and bring a bottle of water.

I have poles you can use.
