These sessions are online, helping you stay active and mobile from home. Join us to get moving, raise your heart rate and improve your balance and strength. These sessions are designed to fit easily into your day so there`s no excuse to get up and going – come and join us.
UNLIMITED SESSIONS FREE TO MONTHLY MEMBERS FOR ONLY £24 pcm. £4 for Pay as You Go members
You will need:
Optional weights to add resistance. Make these yourself e.g pesto jar / tin of baked beans for each hand OR use your poles
Trainers NOT slippers!
Poles (if you have them BUT not essential)
Please work at your level of intensity. During the workout, remember you can take mini breaks if you need to or do less repetitions / sets per exercise. ONLY work with weights if you want to add resistance. Start light.
Make sure there is room around you to exercise safely and there are no trip hazards.
Remember: Monthly Membership gives you unlimited sessions for only £24 per month!
