STRETCH & FLEX - Low Impact Gentle Workout

Getting yourself up and moving in the morning isn’t always easy. Come along and get motivated with us!

Join Rebecca virtually for 30 minutes of gentle low impact exercise that incorporates balance work, flexibility and strength. 

Great for all abilities!

£5 BUT INCLUDED IN THE UNLIMITED WALKS / VIRTUAL SESSIONS £24 MONTHLY PACKAGE.

These workouts include exercises that help with flexibility, balance and strength whilst using poles and household items to improve general fitness and increase joint mobility. Suitable for those who want to build up to the more vigorous 10am Virtual Workouts or may have concerns about their health

 

You will need:

A chair

Optional weights to add resistance. Make these yourself e.g pesto jar / tin of baked beans for each hand OR use your poles

Trainers

Poles (if you have them BUT not essential)

 Please work at your level of intensity. During the workout, remember you can take mini breaks if you need to or do less repetitions / sets per exercise. ONLY work with weights if you want to add resistance.  Start light.

Make sure there is room around you to exercise safely and there are no trip hazards. 

Remember: Monthly Membership gives you unlimited sessions for only £24 per month!
