Walk Description:

This is a fast paced Nordic Walk following the river Stour, with the potential to go in either direction.

There are a variety of paths, paved, shingle and grass.

Heading towards Canford Bottom, there are a couple of stiles.

Heading towards Wimborne, there are optional steep steps.


Please allow plenty of time to park, and we will meet on the grass area opposite the church.

You may wish to wear insect repellent.

Numbers on this walk are currently limited due to social distancing restrictions.At times you may need to walk in single file, for example, if the path is not wide enough, or if there are pedestrians or cyclists passing. We will follow the latest guidelines on social distancing.

Any gates will be opened by the instructor who will use gloves or disinfect her hands afterwards.Please bring hand wipes, disposable gloves or santizer for you own protection, and you are welcome to use a mask.
