Our Virtual WALX are online, helping you stay active and mobile from home. Join us to get moving, raise your heart rate and improve your balance and strength. These sessions are designed to fit easily into your day so there`s no excuse to get up and going – come and join us.
These sessions use Smoveys for an energetic workout which raises your heart rate and challenges your balance, co-ordination and strength.
If you dont have a set of Smoveys you can still join in using poles or a set of light handweights (or even a couple of milk cartons with water in them).
Please make sure you are working on a stable surface, have suitable shoes on and have a drink of water available.
Always work at your own level.
