Todays walk: The walk is from Eight Walks in the middle of the forest. We will walk down Twelve O'Clock Drive towards Cheval Bottom and then back via the Column and the Gallops.
Notes: There are livestock in this area so we may re-route the walk if there are too many cows on this walk.
Leader: This walk is led by Ashley Sandy
Length and Grade: 5 miles on forest tracks a little undulating. We will use Gear 2/3 drills to get a good workout on the forest tracks.
Notes: No coffee stops or toilets.
Bring water and a snack as this is a faster paced walk and it may be hot.
Note: To participate in regular Nordic WALX, you must have completed our Nordic Freedom Course.
You must re-visit your PARQ and answer all questions including decalrations on COVID 19. Please bring your own equipement or if you need to borrow poles you will be provided with Activator strapless poles which are much easier to clean.
