Today's Walk: Early Morning at Martinsell

Starting at Martinsell Hill car park - we will walk up to the iconic tree (15 mins) and

greet the day with some optional Tai Chi or just some minfdulness.

Then continue with a 3 mile walk to Giants Grave and around via the woods near the Oare road.

Length and Grade: 3.5 miles

Location: Clench Common car park.

Notes: Please arrive a few minutes early to walk up to our place to watch the sunrise.

Bring a coffee/tea and snack to enjoy as well as something to sit on.

Nordic Walking is a specific fitness technique and is not to be confused with trekking, hill walking or trail running as the poles are not planted in front of the walker/runner but in a specific way that increases the use of the upper body. It can be done by anybody, anywhere and does not require expensive equipment or clothing.

Note: To participate in regular Nordic WALX, you must have completed our Nordic Freedom Course.
