Our Virtual WALX are online, helping you stay active and mobile from home. Join us to get moving, raise your heart rate and improve your balance and strength. These sessions are designed to fit easily into your day so there`s no excuse to get up and going – come and join us.
Equipment needed; Your poles occasionally and mat or chair, enough space to due stationary exercises. Wear lose fitting clothing and trainers. Please make sure you are not on a slippery surface if you are inside.
You can now go straight to the WALX website to locate all your bookings, it is that simple. Log in as usual and you will see your list of sessions. Click on the session to take you to Zoom.
