Walk Description:

Friday Cafe Nordic Walx - this is up to 2 hours and 5 miles often followed by a coffee at a local cafe or bring your own flask for an after walk coffee and chat.

Todays walk: Bedwyn Brail to Wilton Brail. We will return to the Windmill and have a tour around the mill and also a chance to have a look inside.

They will open up the ground and 1st floor so that people can go in in small groups (probably 4 at a time), look around the ground floor, go up to the first floor and look and around and then go out onto the balcony and down the outside steps.  It will keep a one way system going and so will adhere to COVID guidelines.Peter Lemon will talk to everyone about the windmill and answer any questions people have.  There will be no charge for entry as it is a local group but they will organise cake and tea or coffee to be served at a cost of £5 per head (which will go into Windmill funds). There will also be Wilton Windmill flour for sale which is ground and bagged at the mill at £3 a bag (it’s usually anything up to £5 in the shops if you can find it!)

Pace & Intensity: Fairly moderate paced walk suitable for most abilities.

Notes: Parking is avalable on-site and will be open at 9:15 and locked whilst we are on the walk.

Note: To participate in regular Nordic WALX, you must have completed our Nordic Freedom Course.
