Walk Description:

A circular walk from Amersham through the Misbourne Valley to Chalfont St Giles and return

If you'd like to benefit from using Nordic walking poles, we advise you attend a Learn to Nordic WALX workshop. Walkers without poles or with trekking poles are very welcome.

Meet:  In front of Amersham station for a 10.30 am start


Route information

Travel: By train - overground from Marylebone or tube Metropolitan Line to Amersham.

By car - parking in Amersham Multi Storey/Station car park, King George V Road, Amersham, HP6 5AP. Charge £6 per day, 1046 spaces. Turn left as you come out of the car park and the station is a short walk on the left hand side.

Distance: 8 miles approximately, walking on country paths which could be muddy.  Some walking on road/pavement so bring your paws.
