Walk Description:

Now you have completed Power of Poles 1 you are may feel ready to progress to the next level.   

Part 2 is optional and covers gears 3 and 4. 

You will experience the joy of walking at faster speeds which will greatly increase your fitness and make you feel great.

Power of Poles 2 concentrates on mastering the technique of walking with strapped poles. Once you have experienced the difference of walking with poles compared to natural walking there is no turning back.

When joining us, we ask you to read and agree to the safety measures below. We need to be respectful to other heath users and need to recognise that some people are very nervous.

If you feel unwell between booking your class and joining us, we ask that you err on the side of caution and cancel your booking. You will be recredited to book another date or a refund can be issued.
