This class is tailored to the needs of each participant with a focus on technique, muscle strength, balance, mobility and mindfulness. In these unusual times, this class aims to improve our sense of wellbeing by including aspects of Tai Chi and Qi Gong to encourage better breathing, release of tension through exercises and a bit of meditation, and overall flexibility.
We are applying strict social distancing measures so there are limited places available and we cannot loan poles to all participants. However, beginners are very welcome. If you`re a beginner and would like to chat about the class before booking, please call Martin on 07989 967459.
