Our Virtual WALX are online, helping you stay active and mobile from home. Join us to get moving, raise your heart rate and improve your balance and strength. These sessions are designed to fit easily into your day so there`s no excuse to get up and going – come and join us.
This is a pre-recording please book on early. It will be emailed to you 30 minutes before the start.
Equipment needed; Your poles, a chair, hand weights, ankle weights, resistance bands and enough space to due stationary exercises. We are now using wobble boards for balance or you can use a cushion. Ask Sam about equipment if joining fo the first time. The session will last for approx 30 mins and is suitable for those who would like to improve Balance and Strength.

The easiest way to find WALX near you is by using our "Find My Location" function. Simple clicking the icon will find all WALX near your current location.
Alternatively type the first part of a post code into the search box, then pick a location from the dropdown list to find WALX in that area.
You can also search by village, town or city name. Just type the name into the search box, and pick a location from the dropdown list.
Please note that street, road and county names cannot be searched for.
