Walk Description:

This walk is open to anyone who would would love a social walk around thwoates estate. It is open ot anyone who can walk 4.5 km per hour with or without poles.

This walk is all about enjoying exercising outside. 

We will be walking across fields farmland deepnding on the time of year there may well be livestock grazing.

The walk will be at a steady pace and certainly isnt a stroll in the park!

its a lovely start to the end of the week and the begining of the weekend
