This gentle session is designed for anyone who wants to be able to move pain free. Some studies suggest that we can manage discomfort with adapted breathing techniques and also adapted movement to help you gain confidence. I have adapted some Pilates and Tai Chi based exercise and fused it with stretching and mobility exercises to help build a movement repetoire.
