Walk Description:

This is an optional course for those who have completed the Power of Poles Intro Course and have reached a good level of competence in Gears 1 & 2 and who wish to explore how to get more out of Nordic poles on a longer walk.

We will review Gears 1 & 2 and build on speed & pace with fun drills and also work on our hill techniques on the steeper & longer hills of the beautiful Downs.

This walk will be fairly intensive with some steep hills and fast-paced walking

Participants will need to provide their own poles for this course.
