Join me in this guided-meditation, approx. 20 minutes, that will simultaneously calm and energise your mind and body by restoring equilibrium in your breath and relaxation in your body.I will talk you through the meditation leaving you free to notice what is happening for you at that moment.The purpose of meditation is not to empty our heads but to learn how to let our thoughts go, clearing the way for greater self-awareness of what is happening for us as an individual. No special equipment is needed, you can sit on a chair, on the floor or even lie down. All you need is to be warm and comfortable for the duration.
