Walk Description:

Join us for a 30 min tone and stretch session!

Stay firm and get more flexible. In these sessions you’ll tone your tum, glutes, legs & arms, whatever your shape or size. Work your muscles to move better, bend more easily and reach higher. Take control, stretch to the next level and relax. Your body will love you!

We`ll offer variations so exercises are suitable for everyone, so no need to worry about fitness or ability!

Equipment needed: 

2 weights (bottles of water, tins of beans, dumbells etc) chair please wear trainers, not your comfy slippers

 

Safety: 

Please make sure your PARQ is up to date when booking Please ensure you have enough space around you to workout We will give alternatives to exercises to make them easier/more difficult. Please only work within your limits Let Jane know before the class if you have any concerns or health issues not mentioned on your PARQ We ask that your camera is switched on & we can see you during classes so we can ensure you are using the correct technique

Sessions will start promptly at 7:15pm. Please login a few minutes early so you are ready to start on time

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 24hrs before can be made on the Exercise Anywhere booking system. Cancellations less than 24hrs before a walk will not be refunded and cannot be made on the system - please contact Jane either by phone or text on 07847 786 939 to cancel
