Walk Description:

We welcome everyone to our Open Walks sessions. You do not have to be a Nordic walker or have poles. 

Come and join us for a fun filled walk and chat at a nice comfortable pace.

This walk happens every two weeks at different locations. It gives you the opprtunity to unwind in the wonderful Sussex Countryside. 

 

WALX Coast and Country have a full programme of walks and online classes you can access for as little as £22 per month or pay as you go.

You no longer need a gym membership – you can enjoy a full programme of walks, circuit classes, online aerobics as well as indoor and outdoor Yoga.

This is the safest way to exercise, in the fresh air or in your own home.
