Walk Description:

Take some steps back in time, and discovery York from the point of view of life on the city walls.  But yourself in the shoes of medieval soldiers, Roman soldiers, Viking invaders and other historical residents - all whilst gently exercising and socialising with other participants.  The walk also incorporates some warm up stretches, and takes in either half the city walls, or the entire length - depending on the length of the walk.
