Walk Description:

 this walk varies in pace and is designed to help you to improve your fitness levels . This is a mixed pace friendly walking group to join;. Moore Nature reserve provides a variety of routes to enable you to practice your Nordic walking techniques on mainly flat terrain. We use the hides for brief stops to watch the birdlife on the lakes or shelter from the rain! Birdwatchers there often let us know if there are unusual birds to watch out for such as waxwings. Sometimes we meet at Delph Lane and walk in the Daresbury Firs to add a hill to increase intensity into our walk.

All walks must be booked online and you will be asked to complete the updated ParQ health questionnaire when booking which includes new Covid-19 related questions. Please DO NOT BOOK a walk if you currently have ANY Covid-19 symptoms, have had in the last 2 weeks or have received a positive Covid-19 test result. 

I`m sorry to say that we are NOT ABLE TO LOAN POLES at the moment, so you will need your own Nordic Walking poles
