Walk Description:
On completion of the session, you will receive your Freedom Passport, which will allow you to participate in any of the 2500 walks per week available Nationwide in our delivery.
Additionally, your first Nordic walk booked with me (Carole) will be free where there will be an opportunity for fault correcting with personal guidance if needed.
Should you wish to extend your learning to walking with confidence with traditional Nordic walking strapped poles you can book onto the Power of the Poles 2 session which follows this. (see schedule)
