McGavin Park is perfect for those new to fitness due to the flat tarmac surfaces and short route.
Partly in the park itself and partly out on the quite well-lit side streets, there is plenty of space to stride out and work to increase the heart rate.
Try out strapless and strapped poles and see which you prefer as you enjoy the benefits of this full body workout.
The session will include gentle strength and balancing exercises and occasional use of the trim trail.
Head torches are useful as short sections will be in darkness, however, the instructor will have a head torch.
