KEEP 2M APART, LET THE INSTRUCTOR OPERATE ALL GATES, GIVE OTHER USERS OF THE PARK SPACE AND SPLIT INTO SMALLER GROUPS AT PINCH POINTS WHERE NECESSARY.
During Bluebell Season we will meet at the other end of the Green - use the car park just before the school.
This week we will finish a little early and have cake and refreshments on or near the green - bring something to sit on and a mug! Terry and Jenny are supplying the tea/coffee.
Gentle WALX that incorporate balance work, flexibility and strength exercises. We meet at the Car Park and take one of the gentle routes around Pamphill with FREQUENT rests and stops for simple exercises and breathing.
Pamphill has a dairy, a beautiful church and a First School with a lovely cricket green to walk around. It is surrounded by nature, farmland and some small hidden pathways to explore.
Great for those who are getting back into exercise, have a health condition or simply want to move well and be fit for life! Our wellbeing Instructors are qualified to deliver WALX for all levels so it’s never too late to take that first step.
