Yoga WALX is a fusion of Hatha Yoga, mindfulness and walking. Connecting the mind, body and breath, this course of Hatha Yoga Walks is designed to improve your strength, flexibility and mental wellbeing with or without the use of poles.
Our new Yoga WALX programme is designed to help you connect the mind , body and breath to improve your strength, flexibility and mental wellbeing. Whether you are a seasoned Yoga Practitioner or completely new to this form of exercise, we will coach you through a sequence of specific Hatha Yoga poses which can be performed with or without the use of Nordic walking poles. Poles can be used for added stability. Add to that the benefits of walking and you should experience a work out fit for the body and soul. Each week we will practice different poses and introduce you to new ones. We therefore recommend you sign up for each weeks session and gain the full benefits of progressing through the different poses.
Pace: Steady to suit the group Walking poles are not required to enjoy this activity
Terrain: This is a mixed terrain venue with paths of various different compositions. Although we will walk on good paths to our destination, the site for our yoga practice does have some tree roots to contend with.
Clothing: please wear something loose and comfortable so that you are not restricted in your ability to learn the poses. Please carry a facemask, saniser gel , water , snack and any medications you may need in abum bag or small rucsack
Participants are required to register and complete an online health questionnaire in advance.
If you feel unwell between booking and joning the class, we ask you to err on the side of cvaution and cancel your booking. You will be recredited and can rebook for a future date or arefund can be issued.
