Gentle WALX that can incorporate balance work, flexibility and strength exercises, mindfulness and relaxation too. Great for those who simply want to move well and be fit for life, but also for those who are getting back into exercise, or maybe have a health condition. Our wellness Instructors are qualified to deliver WALX for all levels so it’s never too late to take that first step.
In this session, which is suitable for all, we will use Standing Yoga poses to promote balance, flexibility and strength, along with some mindful walking.
As it is World Meditation Day, we will include the opportunity for meditation or relaxation.
No prior experience of yoga or meditation required. If you have some poles, bring them along to aid balance. This session is open to all, so why not bring a friend?
