TMW Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing with June. This is a specially developed sequence of movements, distilled from the traditional Tai Chi and Chi Kung and informed by the same underlying principles.
This is designed to promote physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing, and aims to improve your self-confidence, flexibility and balance and can help to reduce blood pressure.
The TMW Tai Chi for Wellbeing sequence of movements offers many of the benefits of traditional Tai Chi whilst remaining simple and easy to learn.
This is an opportunity to remove yourself from all that is happening around you which can feel amazing and liberating.
Entrance time is from 09.00 - 09.30 booking is under JUNE HOLDEN
The kiosk is open for refreshments or bring a flask for a drink after the walk.
