Walk Description:

From one hour WALX in your local country park to a half day in the hills, our Explorer WALX capture the variety of scenery, themes and types of WALX that suit your lifestyle. If you love WALX to the pub or WALX with the dog or simply WALX in wild locations we have them all! Whether long, short, tough or gentle we welcome all ages and all levels.

On Fridays we like to explore walks around the Pewsey Vale and North Wessex Downs and often end with a coffee/tea at a local cafe.

Today's Walk: Marlborough to Stichcombe led by Annie Bodenham. Annie will lead you up to the top of Stichcombe from Marlborough and then back via Mildenhall.

Length and Grade: 5.5 miles - there are a few inclines and decents but can take it at a fairly easy pace.

Location: Start at 31 Priorsfield and park in the street if all spaces are already taken. Consider lift shares if possible.

Notes: Numbers are restricted to 10. Please note a waiting list will operate on this walk.

If this is your first post lockdown walk - You must re-visit your PARQ and answer all questions including decalrations on COVID 19. Please bring your own equipement or if you need to borrow poles you will be provided with Activator strapless poles which are much easier to clean.

All activities will respect social distancing guidelines of 2 metres apart.

You can wear a mask if you would prefer to but this is not mandatory.
