We'll use nature to our advantage by carrying out walking and exercise drills on the green spaces around us - you can expect anything from learning how to walk well, posture checks, fun walking drills, functional fitness drills, balance & body weight exercises & drills.
Good general fitness is recommeded but not a requirement, just the motivation to put in your best effort!
