Our Virtual WALX are online, helping you stay active and mobile from home. Join us to get moving, raise your heart rate and improve your balance and strength. These sessions are designed to fit easily into your day so there's no excuse not to get up and going – come and join us.
Ideal exercises to complement our Nordic Walking, with the opportunity for you to work at your own level and chosen intensity. The workouts will include resistance exercises, balance work, and cardio work and, in time, should leave you with stronger muscles, bones, and cardiovascular system. There's also the opportunity to burn some extra calories along the way. There may be the requirement for some 'equipment' for some exercises - but this will largely comprise household items, and I will always inform you in advance so that you can get prepared.
Complete beginners very welcome. All exercises will be very approachable, and whilst keeping fit is a serious business, my aim will be to keep these sessions lighthearted and enjoyable.
