Harnham is famous for Constable's view across the water meadows where we'll start the walk, then onto the peaceful, woodland paths of Harnham slopes from where the view of the cathedral spire is quite magnificent!
We'll use nature to our advantage by carrying out optional walking and exercise drills to increase your fitness - you can expect anything from learning how to walk well, posture checks, fun walking drills, functional fitness drills, balance & bodyweight exercises & drills.
Good general fitness is recommended but not a requirement, just the motivation to put in your best effort!
