A fast-paced 1-hour Nordic walk using hill climbs and bursts of Gear 3 to build stamina, tone and burn calories for a healthier mind and body.
Suitable for those who have completed the LTNW or Power of Poles course and are looking to improve their overall fitness.
Own poles required.
Please do not book on for a WALX if you think you may have symptoms, or do have symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has symptoms of COVID.

Whilst we do understand that sometimes it is not possible to make a class, please be aware that we do operate a no refund policy if you give us less than 2 hours’ notice.
