Power of Poles 2 is the next level for improving technique.Length of session = 1.5 hrs.As a result of attending this session, you will know how to increase the benefits ofexercising with poles.We start with refreshing the skills learnt in POP1 and build on the basics. This means youwill experience a development in your technique, feel a different level of intensity as you tryout short skills exercises and different terrain. Importantly, you will be able to gauge thelevel of exercise intensity that feels best for you and helps you to select the club walkswhich you are most likely to enjoy and benefit from.
You will achieve your FREEDOM Passport, which means you have immediate access to ourregistered Brockenhurst NW club and other benefits, which will be explained in the session.
