Walk Description:

A 5 mile circular walk starting at Durlston Castle. Walking down along the lighthouse road, with lovely view of the coast, we then turn off and walk up to an incline and into beautiful wild flower meadows, and walking through Brian Johnson's (cricket commentator) favourite meadow. From here there are lovely views over Swanage bay.

We then continue our walk into Townsend Nature reserve and loop back around to Durlston.The first section of this walk is on pavement so please bring your PAWS

Refreshments and toilet’s at Durlston Castle if open

Lots of parking.

Parking costs between £1 - £2 per hour depending on the time of year
