This class is tailored to the needs of each participant with a focus on technique, muscle strength, balance, mobility and mindfulness. This class improves your sense of wellbeing by including aspects of Tai Chi and Qi Gong to encourage better breathing, release of tension through exercises and a bit of meditation, and overall flexibility.
