Walk Description:

In this Nordic Walking class you will learn the correct technique for using strapless poles for nordic walking.  We will cover posture, movement, gears and how to correctly walk up and down hills in order to fully engage your core muscles.  

At the end of the class you will have earned your Freedom Passport and will be able to join in any other walks or classes with me or any other Nordic Walking UK instructor.  

Paddleboarding:

SUP with Ana will provide all the equipment (including boards and buoyancy aids - she even has wetsuits you can use although these may not be required at this time of year).

A full kit list will be provided a week before the event but please ask me if you have any questions.

Please note that you must be a competent swimmer in order to take part.

Ana from SUP with Ana is a qualified and fully insured Paddleboarding instructor who delivers tuition in and around the Tonbridge area.

Please note that 48hrs notice is required for cancellation.  Cost £50 or £60 if you need to hire a board.  Payment will be requested at time of booking.
