Walk Description:

A moderate walk from  Corfe Castle up onto Challow Hill , and following the ridge path along to Rollington Hill, Brenscombe Hill, Ailwood Down and Nine Barrow down at a massive 652ft!

Stunning views of Poole Harbour and the surrounding countryside throughout.

There is one continuous incline at the start of the walk, and then a gradual climb to Nine Barrow Down. Great views of Corfe castle on our return journey, and we may even get a glimpse of the steam train.

Can be windy on the ridge path so please wear warm clothing and bring waterproofs in case.

Meet in the National Trust carpark in Corfe - free parking for members

Toilets and refreshments at the National Trust centre if open. First section of the walk is on pavement so please bring your PAWS .

Please bring a snack to eat if you wish while we enjoy the views.
