Walk Description:

Outdoor TMW Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing with June. This is a specially developed sequence of movements, distilled from the traditional Tai Chi and Chi Kung and informed by the same underlying principles.

Outdoor TMW Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing with June. " A Drop in Class"

You will be taken on a short walk across fields, along tracks, and experience the TMW sequence on the way overlooking ponds and surrounded with wonderful views across fields with the hills in the distance. An opportunity to remove yourself from all that is happening around you which can feel amazing and liberating.

Each week will provide a different experience combined with learning the 12- Move Sequence. Benefits include improved balance and stability, improved posture and flexibility.

Open to all who have never tried TMW before and for those who have some experience this is an opportunity to explore further your understanding of the Moves, Principle and whole sequence.

It is essential to register and book early in advance online as places are limited.

After the class you will be offered some refreshments and able to sit in June's garden and relax. Catch up with friend’s and meet new people. Maybe watching and listening to a few birds singing and feeding.

Parking: This will be in one of four areas very close to June's home. You will be advised where to park either the night before or on the day when you arrive, as June will meet you outside her house. It is also very easy and accessible. Permission given by all my neighbours.
