Walk Description:

This is the Advanced Technique of Power of the Poles .

The Nordic Walking Poles are strapless ,which will be loaned out to you .

You can only do this course if you have completed Part 1 .

This is a 90 minute session , where we will repeat Gear 1 and 2 whilst also learning more about Gears 3 and 4 to, really see the value of walking with propulsion for the best technique for your whole body and fitness.
