We all know walking a dog is good for our mental health. We are also aware that socialising with others is also good for us, especially if they have the same love of dogs.
Once a month we are opening our walks to our 4-legged friends.
We ask you to leave your poles at home as not all dogs like them and you obviously need to have your hands free to control your dog.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME even if you do not have a dog but would enjoy spending time with them.
We will finish with an optional cup of tea from the famous Car Boot Café. I will happily take a donation (a few pence) to donate to the Dogs Trust.
WALX Coast and Country have a full programme of walks and online classes you can access for as little as £22 per month (5 walks a month = £4.20. Twice a week works out at £2.75) or pay as you go.
You no longer need a gym membership – you can enjoy a full programme of walks, circuit classes, online aerobics as well as indoor and outdoor Yoga.
This is the safest way to exercise, in the fresh air or in your own home.
