Walk Description:

Join me for a YOGA with poles session in the inspiring and relaxing surrounding of Swanage Beach. We will start with a gentle walk to the beach to relax our minds before completing some yoga poses with yogic breathing, to wake the body up gradually. With the sounds of the sea and a sunrise what a great way to start a Monday.

No previous experience needed and poles can be supplied.
