Walk Description:

Set in the idylic surroundings of Doublebois Manor house we have woodland and river walks and 56 acres of grassland.

 

Every session is different and we utilse the poles for various fitness sessions including stretching, gymstick and Turtle bag workouts.

 

Various routes are available starting at Doublebois with Bodmin moor and st Neot on the doorstep.

Join us for our adveture walks - eg Cawsand to Rame Head, Talland bay to Looe, and various locations on the SW coastal path and Bodmin -  we also have trips away, our next is to Jersey in 2019
