Walk Description:

 We meet at 8.30 am in the Forge carpark, Stockton Heath , rear entrance to M&s. From Stockton Heath, we will take 5A bus to near Altrincham at 8.549Where we left the canal lst time). We will start walking at about 9.50am and walk back We will be walking about 4 hours. with trave time on top of that . We finish at the LOndon Bridge Inn.

There are no toilets along the rute but plenty of trees. Please bring a small bag to put any loo paper in if you use it wild weeing etc. 

We may be walking on both grass and paths so make sure you’re wearing supportive walking boots or shoes/trainers with a good tread that you are happy to get dirty and comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather. Paws may  be required (on and off on different terrains).

Please remember to bring

1 - bottle of water /hot or cold drink , apacked lunch, snacks

2 - any medications you may need

3 - a small rucksack as you`ll need both hands free at all times

4 - a mobile phone is useful for any last minute notifications. 

5_ a mask and hand gel in your pack 

Depending on the time of year you may need sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent and a hat ( if hot) or hat, gloves, warm clothing and a flask (if cold!).
