Walk Description:

Join us on an interesting flat, circular walk along part of the Old Salt Road and the Wharf Stream Way. We cross the Thames at Eynsham Lock and walk a short section of the Thames Path.   The Wharf Stream carried waterborne freight between Eynsham and the Thames for over 600 years and played a key role in our economic history, which has been restored by volunteers since 2006 for leisure and recreational use (see Eynsham online)    Meeting place: Eynsham Sports Pavilion car park, Oxford Road, OX29 4HG   Free car park   Please note: Do not attend a walk if you have had any symptoms of Covid 19 within the last 48 hours or have been advised to self isolate by NHS Track and Trace Please inform Kate (kate@dreamingspiresnordicwalking.co.uk) if you are contacted by NHS Track and Trace after attending a walk Please bring a face covering, which you will need to wear if you require any First Aid Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given if you cancel your booking for this walk less than 24 hours before the programmed start time There aren't any toilet facilities on this walk
