Walk Description:

 

A gentle- to moderate-paced Nordic walk for all abilities. Your instructor will challenge faster walkers while supporting those who require a slightly gentler pace.

If you are new to Nordic walking, get in touch to discuss getting started on a Tuesday morning.

We vary the routes out from The Spaniards Inn so no two sessions are ever the same. You will be pushed to exercise at a pace which is challenging but not exhausting - we aim for this to be an invigorating start to your day.
