This is a basic level power of poles course about walking with intensity and mindful of the movment patterns and actions of feet ankles and arm swim and body rotation all good components of normal walking which will benefit that pattern and speed of walking as a whole as well as impacting balance and teaching positive stretches to improve posture.
We will use the handles of the poles to work arm and hand function this is an all round great form of exercise for improving quality of movement and as well as fitness whether you cover 20 meters or 200 ! we will also be doing components of exercise for cognitive ability and for balance imporvement.
